This resort development project in Tulamben, Karangasem is designed to support marine tourism activities, particularly diving and snorkeling, through a functional, aesthetic, and well-integrated design approach.
The project scope covers the entire process—from concept planning, technical drawings, and 3D modeling to detailed budgeting and full-scale construction execution. Each phase is carefully managed to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with the operational needs of the resort.
The two-story building is thoughtfully organized to maximize functionality. The ground floor serves as the main operational hub for diving and snorkeling activities, featuring a waiting terrace, storage lockers, equipment washing area, drying zone, and adequate parking facilities.
The upper floor is dedicated to a comfortable residential space, including a fully equipped bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a merajan (Balinese family shrine) that reflects local cultural and spiritual values. This integration creates a resort that is not only highly functional but also rich in identity and sense of place.
