Udayana University Co-Working Space With Balinese Design

This co-working space development at the Udayana University Library in Jimbaran represents a strategic collaboration between PT Pegadaian and Udayana University to create a modern, innovative, and inspiring learning environment for students.

Designed as a collaborative hub, the space promotes productivity, creativity, and academic interaction. The project scope includes site preparation, custom partition installations, and culturally inspired interior elements featuring Balinese motifs such as batik poleng and tree-shaped visual accents that reflect local heritage. Wood-textured ceiling finishes enhance the atmosphere with a warm yet professional ambiance.

All furniture, including sofas and interior components, was custom-manufactured to ensure superior quality, comfort, and design consistency. The project also covers the procurement and installation of supporting equipment such as a sound system, projector, and television to facilitate presentations and academic activities.

The facility features multiple functional zones, including the Pegadaian Corner, Lounge Area, Discussion Areas, and Presentation Area—delivering a fully integrated, future-ready co-working environment.
